Y’all, I’m just coming to you this morning asking that you pray for our family. ❤️ We’re at a crossroads right now, and there’s a big decision in front of us. I just need prayer for discernment. Prayer for understanding. And honestly, prayer for the strength and bravery to follow God at all costs, even if it means doing something that’s hard or doesn’t make sense to me right now. I don’t have all the answers. I just want to make sure we’re walking where He’s leading us. And this morning, He gave us the most beautiful sunrise. I needed that more than I can explain. ❤️

Don’t end up like Jim & Becky. 😳💯 They owned the land for years… but the mobile home title never actually made it into their names. Here’s the important part: the deed transfers the real estate, but if the mobile home still has its own separate title, it does NOT automatically transfer with the deed. That title has to be handled too. 👀 Jim & Becky didn’t realize theirs hadn’t been… until it was time to sell. This is why the little details matter AND why having someone in your corner who is willing to dig, ask questions, and make sure things are handled correctly can save you a whole lot of headache later.
