Hey, I'm Shana! 👋

I'm a Tennessee Realtor, wife, mom of three, and former teacher who believes that how you treat people matters.

I got into real estate because I genuinely love helping people. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a place full of memories, or starting a new chapter, my goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

I'm big on honesty, clear communication, and doing what's right for my clients, even when that means having the hard conversations.

Being named SimpliHŌM's 2024 Rookie of the Year was an incredible honor, but the relationships I've built and the trust my clients place in me mean even more.

My faith, family, and integrity are at the heart of everything I do. And when it comes to real estate, I want you to know you've got someone genuinely in your corner.

When you're ready, I've got you, Homie!
